The First Annual Congress of the Iranian Psychotherapy Association will be held February 14-16 2017 in the National Library and Archives of I.R. Iran (Tehran).
The Iranian Psychotherapy Association is a multidisciplinary association that works on mental health. It includes experts in the various fields of mental health consisting of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and health psychologists working together to promote the activities and programs of the Association.
The Association was established in 2015 and hopes to be able to collaborate with various groups, mental health professionals and psychotherapists to promote mental health in Iran. The Iranian Psychotherapy Association aims to create an environment where interaction and discussion among experts can take place. To this aim, the Association has defined various activities including short and long term courses, monthly scientific meetings and annual congresses.
