To Immediately download each Adobe Acrobat® page

Click the right button of your mouse over each document. Then select "Save Target As..." This allows you to choose a location on your hard drive to download the document. Once downloaded, use Acrobat® Reader to view the document and select which pages to print out.

VIEW
To Immediately view each Adobe Acrobat® page

Click the left button of your mouse over each document. Select "Open". This will launch Acrobat® Reader (takes several seconds) and transfer the document to your screen. Once in viewing mode, you can easily print out each page.

HELPFUL TIPS

When using Adobe Reader, remember it takes a while for the document to load. During this time you will not see anything happening on screen. Be patient. The page will appear.

If after viewing a pdf page you find you cannot view subsequent pages (they come up blank), adobe advises you try the following:

Hit the back button on your browser to return to our normal web page. Then look at the bottom of your screen and you will see a small rectangle titled: Acrobat (this is a window that adobe opens when you use the adobe reader). Click on this to expand the window and you will see a blank screen. Close this window. This closes adobe reader and permits you to click on another pdf page to either view or download.

Give it a try. It is a foolproof way to use the adobe reader.
